Ascension Service

Christ Lutheran Church, Princeton, will have our annual celebration of Christ's Ascension into heaven, this coming Thursday evening at 7:00pm, at the Depot. This year we will be joined by Pastor Mueller and the members of Redeemer Evangelical Lutheran Church, of Cambridge, MN and Pastor Jerald Dulas of St. Matthew Evangelical Lutheran Mission of Mayer, MN.

New Sunday Morning Study Begining

The Sunday morning Bible class will be beginning a study of Dr. John W. Kleinig's lecture "The Glory and the Service: Worship in the Old Testament". Class will be at 10:30 following the Divine Service at 9:00. All are welcome to join us.

Guest Preacher

Christ Lutheran Mission is happy to announce that on Sunday June 8th Rev. Thomas V. Aadland past President of the AALC will be conducting Matins. All in the area of Princeton MN are welcome to attend. Last summers LCMS convention established fellowship between the LCMS and the AALC. Constitution Update

Latest update on the progress of our constitution being approved by the LCMS. We have been told by the chair of the Constitution committee of the MN North District of the LCMS that there review will not be done in time for the May meeting of the board of directors and it will have to wait until the September meeting. Patience is the word.

Constitution Submitted to LCMS

Keep Christ Lutheran Mission in your prayers. We have forwarded our constitution to the MN North District Office. From there it goes to the constitution committee. If accepted and approved Christ Lutheran Mission congregation will be in the LCMS.

Tonight the council finished work on revising our constitution. The next step is to present to the entire congregation. No this is not a photo of our constitution, it is a photo of the original LCMS constitution.

Although Christ Lutheran Mission is a congregation in the Biblical sense, now soon the state will say so also. The paperwork is now in the mail to apply for our non profit status. Thanks to the members of Christ Lutheran Mission and St. Paul Lutheran Church Escondido, CA for donating the $750 fee required by the Government.
